Acute glaucoma would be correct answer if the patient complains of photophobia, blurred vision, tearing, ptosis, or ocular pain. Glaucoma is a cause ofred eye (with ciliary flush) mid-dilated or irregular in shape (and poorly reactive to light); and severe pain.

Patients with HSV keratitis may complain of the following:

•Pain
•Photophobia
•Blurred vision
•Tearing
•Redness
The correct answer is B
