A 60 yo man with no complaints (?). On DRE prostate is normal. PSA is 3.0 (n<4.0) On 12-direction USG-guided biopsy 1 locus pathology showed adenocarcinoma of Gleason 4 stage. What is the management?

a. continue surveillance
b. transurethral prostatectomy
c. radical prostatectomy
d. radiotherapy
e. brachitherapy

Gleason 4 stage.
Gleason 2-5 is not a big problem so the best answer would be A.
