CT abdomen .Hematuria (painless blood in the urine) is the most common symptom of kidney cancer. Pain under the back low ribs (flank) or a palpable mass on physical examination occurs in about 50% of patients. The classic triad of all three of these symptoms (hematuria, flank pain, and a palpable flank mass) is much less common. Quite frequently, patients are found to have kidney cancer after computerized tomography (CT) imaging of the abdomen and pelvis that is obtained for other reasons
