A young girl 24 age...with irregular periods 4-6 weeks...presents with moderate pain..last period was 6 weeks before.. BP normal..all exam normal..cx closed..no bleeding..no adnexal mass on palpation
What is the most likely diagnosis?

1.Ectopic pregnancy
2.complicated corpus luteal cyst
3.dysmenorrhea
4.Endometritis

in case of second option   pain  in the pelvis should happen shortly before or after beginning a menstrual period and very sharp .It is mentioned no adnexal mass on palpation so the first option looks more accurate and correct answer.Also the patient last period is about 6 weeks ago. Thus the best answer is

In a young lady presented with above history should be thought about complicated pregnancy such as EP.The best answer would be EP (1).
