In a dog bites asplenic patients are at particular risk for infection with
Capnocytophaga canimorsus. This infrequently diagnosed
pathogen can produce meningitis, endocarditis and sepsis.
Penicillin is the treatment of choice for
infections with this organism.

Human bite is less derangemented rather than dog bites so I am going to choose dog bites D.
