abruption,what will u do for the second one?


A.admit the woman to have complete bed rest
B.CTG until labour
C.deliver the other one by C/S
D.don’t remember other options

C because after first twin delivery ,uterin is at risk of innersy and contractions at iregular intervals.This is supported by malpresentation of second twins.
