A patient is on SSRI and now has confusion. His lab shows low sodium, 125 mmol/L, apart from them other electrolytes are normal. What is your management?


a. Hypertonic saline 3%
b. Give 500ml of normal saline
c. Fluid restriction
d. Dextrose saline
