A lady comes to the ED complaining of episodes of feeling detached and momentary loss of self sometime back. She has had 2 episodes before and has headaches which radiate to the back of head occasionally. GPE/neuro exam normal.


What is the most likely diagnosis?


A temporal lobe epilepsy
B- migraine
C- Meningioma
D- Abscess
E- Tuberculoma
