A lady comes on 10th post partum day with c/o pain in perineal tear which was stitched immediately after delivery.on examination.a 2cm*1cm*0.5cm stitched area is now devoid of sutures.no discharge.what will u do?


a-do nothing
b-antibiotics
c-stitch under l/a
d-stitch after excision of edges
