A man was brought by his wife who had complained of sudden onset of tongue swelling. He is a known diabetic treated with metformin and chlorpropramide, hypercholesterolemia given simvastatin and hypertension for which he takes ramipril.

His GP prescribed him amoxicillin 2 days ago for a URTI.

On examination, tongue is swollen. He has difficulty speaking and points to his tongue. Wheezing can be heard on auscultation.
