It can not be conduct disorder because according to DSM-5 criteria for conduct disorder, there are four categories that could be present in the child's behavior: aggression to people and animals, destruction of property, deceitfulness or theft, and serious violation of rules. The boy is mantioned very rude .It is not in DSM-5 criteria for conduct disorder.the closest choice seems to me a ( tricotilomania)
