Man is on terminal care with prostatic carcinoma and is on pain controlled analgesia with morphine high dose. He is drowsy and disoriented, yet still complains of pain and irritability. Wife requests that you decrease morphine. What will you do?

A- Increase morphine
B- Decrease morphine
C- Give Nalaxone
D- give midazolam
E. Refer to pain team
