An old patient complaining of urge incontinence from few days. He says he feels weekn ess in lower limbs. On examination there was hyperreflexia of lower limbs. All sensations below inguinal ligament were impaired. What is the diagnosis?

a. spinal coed tumor
b. spinal canal compression
c. cauda equine

Cauda equina is LMN .The diagnostic points are

He feels weekn ess in lower limbs
Hyperreflexia of lower limbs
All sensations below inguinal ligament were impaired
